Always easy and a pleasure

I set up 2 cash ISAs in store, transferring from other ISAs . Everything was very easy, with very friendly staff. A nice atmosphere in the store. Most helpful and friendly staff

I have an existing cash isa and remembered how easy it was to arrange in branch. I wanted a regular savings account so went back to the branch because of my previous good experience. Again the staff could not have been more helpful in opening my new account. They even saved me money on travel insurance. Best high street banks by miles. Reviewed on: 14th December 2018

easy online banking

Virgin online banking is very easy and quick much better than some of the other banks I deal with. I live too far away from a store to visit in person so it is important to me to be able to access my account quickly online. Reviewed on: 9th December 2018

Good rates. Great website.

I have been a Virgin customer for many years (and with Northern Rock for years previously). Virgin is modern and efficient. It offers good rates and communicates in good time for fixed term roll-over options. The log in security gives me confidence. Most of my dealings are on-line but my branch experiences are always positive. I am very happy with Virgin Money - and would recommend to all. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
