Always easy and a pleasure

I set up 2 cash ISAs in store, transferring from other ISAs . Everything was very easy, with very friendly staff. A nice atmosphere in the store. Most helpful and friendly staff

I have an existing cash isa and remembered how easy it was to arrange in branch. I wanted a regular savings account so went back to the branch because of my previous good experience. Again the staff could not have been more helpful in opening my new account. They even saved me money on travel insurance. Best high street banks by miles. Reviewed on: 14th December 2018
