Easy to deal with, good rate

Signing up for the ISA was very easy and you can arrange a transfer from your current one on line, which makes it quick and very easy. I have used Virgin Money for other products and been very happy. Reviewed on: 6th June 2020

You know where you are going

The Virgin ISA fixed rate means that you can place your money knowing what interest you will be getting from a company who are at the top end of providers. Reviewed on: 15th November 2017

Poor interest rates

Recently Virgin Money reduced the interest rate on my Cash ISA to 0.6% from 1.01%. I cannot understand the reason for this other than them making more profit. So I have closed my account and moved it elsewhere. Your loss Virgin Money. Reviewed on: 15th November 2017

Taking the stress out of savings options!

I transferred my previous cash ISA into Virgin Money last year as the rates were the best I could find without locking in my money.... It was easy to set up and they took care of the whole transfer process. I recently received notification of a change in rates to my Virgin Money ISA but was told in straightforward terms what better options were available within the Virgin money portfolio... it took minutes to transfer my savings to an even better rate than I had before... a breath of fresh air! Getting your money out is much harder than putting it in

We wanted to close my wife's on line ISA Account. However the account was password locked and there is no online way of sorting it.So we wrote and sent recorded delivery. After 3 weeks no reply, so my wife rang and the account was reset. We then authorised the closure and paid £30 to have money sent BACS (very expensive). 24 hours later, the money is still not in the account. Reviewed on: 30th August 2017
