Terrible service

Twice they have blocked my card simply for PAYING THE BALANCE! Both times they said it looked like suspect fraudulent activity! Yes because clearing your balance is fraud. Twice u had the embarrassment of having the card declined at a shop with a queue behind me. And then the worst bit it takes ages to get hold of a real person when calling customer service. I will never use this card again and could never recommend it. I was asked for an update here it is: Emailed the email in the reply. No response! AVOID this company like the plague. There are much better options out there. It's all fine and well until something goes wrong and then you're hung out to dry. Reviewed on: 31st January 2018

Fake 'customer service' pretending to care

Further to my earlier review, Virgin offered to help on this website and to look into further. Please don't be fooled, they didn't care and just wanted to appear that they were doing something. Either the service team are useless or have no power, neither of which justifies their salaries. If they offer to look into your complaint further, don't get your hopes up or waste your time. Internet hike

I was fairly happy with my card until I had a big hike in the interest rate. Basically I could absorb this new rate or freeze my card at the existing rate. I chose the latter. No account given of being a loyal customer and paying on time. Disappointing. Reviewed on: 29th January 2018

Where is the Virgin credit card app? Why is there such a poor log in experience on a browser, on my phone! Everyone else is using fingerprint... Even this form has cta's (calls to action) that are too small for my finger! Time to start optimising your customer experience! Reviewed on: 28th January 2018
