Easy & quick to arrange & allows me to make a partial payment each month into my savings account. So I’m able to build a small savings balance to access after the term of the loan. Reviewed on: 10th June 2021

Disappointed with Application Handling

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my membership and loan application. I was surprised to learn that my application was cancelled due to a lack of communication, as I was not informed that any further action or response was required from me. I believe the process could have been clearer, and better communication on your part would have prevented this outcome. Reviewed on: 7th April 2025

Bus pass loan - brilliant.

I have been using Wave community bank for 5 years for my annual bus pass loan. It is cheaper and as it comes out of my pay before i receive it so I don't even miss it. The combination of also paying into a saving account is a nice bonus when the loan is paid off. I would recommend this to anyone who using the bus regularly. Reviewed on: 7th April 2025
