Business banking made easy

The app is easy to use and meets my day to day business needs. When doing more complex transactions the customer support team are easy to access and super supportive. It would help if they supported chaps payments for when we work with some institutional customers. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

Over zealous security

Since cash plus became Zempler the security on my accounts has lead me to have to work a lot more at appeasing Zempler. Even though I ring and advise them that for example payments are going to be made, payments still get blocked and returned which makes running a business extremely frustrating Reviewed on: 9th April 2025
