A great easy to use bank

We've used this bank for a while now, as the other high street bank was costing too much in charges for our small little company. And thank goodness we did - saving expenditure helped through the pandemic, where we almost shut down for a whole year. Reviewed on: 12th February 2022

utter lack of understanding and understanding for business

my account was blocked for 10 days with no good reason. the 2 questions needed to release the account were trivial and clearly just engineered to justified this appalling action. Reviewed on: 12th February 2022

Over all online service is excellent
