    I previously left a poor review for Zopa. I was waiting for a response to a complaint I had lodged as they hadn't given me... I previously left a poor review for Zopa. I was waiting for a response to a complaint I had lodged as they hadn't given me a bonus I was entitled to. A little while later, I received a detailed response where it was clear that the individual had spent a lot of time reading transcriptions of chats and reading material pertaining to the offer. The result was that while their process had failed to register my suitability for the bonus, despite there being no transparency on my side, that i hadn't been treated in the deserved manner.
