Everything is clearly explained, with no hidden surprises or confusing terms. The savings rates are very competitive compared to high street banks, and I really like how transparent they are about interest and account features. Transfers in and out are fast, and I always feel in control of my money. Customer service has also been excellent — friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question. It’s refreshing to deal with a bank that genuinely feels digital-first and customer-focused. Overall, Zopa has exceeded my expectations.
