    Schizophrenic lunatics

    I was unemployed last year for 5 months. I agreed a £25 per month payment plan with Zopa which was good at the time and... I was unemployed last year for 5 months. I agreed a £25 per month payment plan with Zopa which was good at the time and should have ended in March 2026. I made all these payments on time. In February 2026, they then reneged on the arrangement and they said why have you gone into arrears? They then asked me to pay around £225 to make up the arrears. Then they whacked 5 missed payments onto my credit report and this sent my credit report down from 570 down to about 410 in one move. I had been spending the last 6 months building up my credit score by making regular payments with my creditors, but Zopa knocked 160 points off in one move, which will take another 6 months to build back up. They then cancelled the credit card. All this was done before my arrangement was going to come to an end on March 26th. Read more Read less

    Crap customer care- lack of autism care in banking!

    I was following up on a referral from my brother for £20.00 and went through the process, but was bombarded with lots of emails about... I did all of this then the system told me a pack of lies. I got frustrated and closed my account. I am autistic and it’s not geared up for disabled people. I have a blazing row with them via live chat, where they pass you down the bus till the get you very cross and then tell you try again, however after going through there patronising behaviour and intimidation I have asked for compensation. As an autistic person I was getting very angry and upset and told them I wanted to leave. I gave my email address several times, there is no provision for disabled people. Read more Read less

    Excellent online service, resolved all issue through chatting. Low interest rates, I pay 50% less compared with other credit companies with similar borrowed amount. Best credit card.
