Good overall but made a certificate of interest error

Good product with competitive interest rate and easy to use app. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is they reported the interest I earned in this ISA to HMRC who then included it in my tax calculation. Zopa didn’t inform me of this error, I only knew about it when I received my tax calculation from HMRC. When I contacted Zopa they advised they were already aware and had rectified the error with HMRC, but I would’ve been nice to have been told before! Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

Been with Zopa for over 10 years

Been with zopa for over 10 years originally with personal loans and more recently with ISAs. Rate on ISA always competitive and easy access to to deposit and withdraw as needed. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

Very easy to set up a Zopa ISA.

Very easy to set up a Zopa ISA. I like that you can create different savings pots within the ISA. I also like the option of fixed rate ISA savings pots with competitive interest rates. The app is easy to use. It’s a flexible ISA which is great. Easy to add and withdraw money. Would definitely recommend Zopa to everyone, Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

Solid credit card and ISA

I’ve been with Zopa for about three years now. It was only meant to be a card to help me build my credit but I’ve stayed with them. They’re fair with me. Give me plenty of notice on things and don’t pressure me not that I’ve ever been late with a payment. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
