Customer Friendly.

From Day One always found Zopa very customer friendly. Their staff are very curtisous and helpful whenever I have had a query. Would have no hesitation in recommending them. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Good customer service

I’ve had a good experience with phoning customer service and they did sort out a fraudulent transaction very well though it did take a Lott of time and a couple of calls to chase them up. But overall very nice and it was resolved in the end. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025
