From the moment zopa was recommended to me,to the moment it arrived it has been a seamless company to deal with.i had a few issues registering the card,went into the app and I waited no more than 5 mins for live help with a human instead of bot chat. They were so nice and no language barrier and explained everything ,step by step. So far I'm very impressed. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

My summary of the excellence of Zopa Credit Card

Zopa provide customers with updates, new opportunities and the website, makes my account management simple and non time consuming. Zopa provide current updates on my account providing emails of very recent activity on my account which would enable me to recognise if my card had been used in a transaction other than myself, and thus provides an immediate alert of “potential fraudulent use”.
