Was really simple to apply, and the whole process was swift also. The only time I had an issue was with the app, and thus was the only time I spoke to Zopa. They were friendly, understandable and quickly resolved my issue, and I haven't had a problem since. Already recommended two friends and they too have been happy with their experience.
