Clear, Simple, and Easy

Always clear, simple, and easy to use. Never not know what is happening using the app. Always secure online and never had any problems with fraud, data protection leaks etc. Excellent all round. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Amazing customer service!

I was experiencing some financial difficulty and was unable to make my minimum monthly payment. I called the customer service team and was very quickly put through to someone who very easily set up a payment holiday for me. They were supportive, informative and kind. Meanwhile it took me over an hour to get through to anyone at my bank! I would recommend Zopa to anyone. They’re affordable, the app is easy to use and I’ve never had any problems.
