VERY fast. VERY responsive. Best I've seen.

Zopa are brilliant! They realise it's MY money. None of this "Your payment will take 2 days to appear in your account". We all know the banks keep it to earn interest on it. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Great service provided

Zopa gave me the chance when I had low credit score with a reasonable credit amount, now thanks to them my credit score has increased dramatically in to the ‘excellent’ bracket . The app is also good and easy to use . Many thanks Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Very happy with zopa

Zopa is brilliant and I would definitely recommend to people, infact I have already. Main reasons for me are. . When u pay money onto the cc, it instantly appears in your acc. . When offerd a credit increase, I accepted and it was instant available. . I am able to save with zopa savings which really helps me out Xmas time. .option to freeze card. . Credit cushion makes it easy to not over spend. My review for zopa is a 4 star, I very rarely give 4 stars to any review how ever I have been mega impressed with the service I have had the help available and the options available on my account. This really is my go to cc and I am one very happy customer. The reason I didn't give a five start, and this is literally the only reason, it is because nothing is perfect and everything and everyone is able to improve. That being said, I do struggle to see what zopa could do to make this credit card better as it is already top notch. Zopa keeps you updated all the time. Sends notifications, payments recieved and shown same day and balanced same day.
