I simply cannot fault them.

Zopa provided me with a credit card which has helped me improve my credit rating. The whole application process was easy to complete and my card was received shortly after. Their app is very good and easy to navigate. It allows quick and easy payment and also provides feedback on why they can't increase my limited, along with offering tips on what steps I can take to improve this...which is really helpful. 10/10 for me in terms of overall experience! A reliable bank with easy app access
