I've been extremely happy with Zopa

I have loved the good non spammy communication from Zopa, their fair standards on how credit limits are set and the control you have over your money. I love that payments to your account are instantaneous and any communication or issues I've had were always addressed on my account within minutes, great call centre staff to help out. No confusing small print

Zopa does exactly what it’s supposed to . It’s easier to make payments and save. The payment cushion is absolutely genius as it makes me in control.All interest charges are made clear before the date due so no unwelcome surprises. The additional saving options are great too.
