A model for other providers.

I am very grateful to Zopa, they helped me out of a tight spot when nobody else would. I've had a credit card with them for a while now and had absolutely no reason to regret it. the app is simple to use and very informative and their customer service actually do provide customer service. The ONE TIME I had a problem with my card not working properly it was sorted out quickly and easily the same day by a friendly and efficient representative. Highly recommended!
