Excellent card and service, value is acceptable

I recently signed up for a Zopa Bank credit card via the app and found it a very easy process, took me less than 3 minutes. The app is functional and easy to use, including viewing my PIN and making payments quickly towards my balance. The card is very easy to use. The card itself doesn’t provide any extraordinary perks however is functional but does come at a high interest rate compared with my other cards. Customer service is also very efficient, easy to speak to and very friendly. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
