Good but not as good as others

The product and app on offer is great and very easy to use however, the sign up process is slow and there is no contact during this time. You are just left in a state of limbo. Zopa almost have the perfect offering. Just a slightly improved user experience during sign up and review is missing. Reviewed on: 14th January 2023
