Stress free & friendly

Zopa was recommended to me by a colleague and I’m so glad I chose them. Their app is simple & easy to use, their customer service is super friendly & helpful, and they have a great range of options depending what you’re looking for. Also, they provide regular updates on your credit score/‘borrowing power’ and make recommendations, which I’ve found really insightful as I’m trying to build my credit score. I really like using Zoopa

I really like how fast I got my card from zoopa and how easy it was activated it. I wasn’t understanding something on the app and I called customer service and I felt really bad because they just get the same questions all the time. they were really friendly and helpful.
