Never had an issue with these guys. Always happy to help. Really simple online account and the overall management of the card is simple to use. The zopa app is so easy to use, when you make a payment a notification to your phone telling you how much you have spent and shows the remaining credit. making payments is easy, you can do it manually or you can set the monthly date for automatic payment.
