Wrong personal information constantly on my " eligibility " section

I have had this card for nearly a year and I've had the wrong information on my profile and also eligibility page, Zopa think they are in the right when I have supplied multiple times evidence to show that it is mot myself nor Equifax but it is Zopa Reviewed on: 25th January 2022

Great credit card company

Fantastic, applied online and was instantly approved even though my credit rating was very poor. App is very useful and understanding. They even check to see if your rating has changed every 2 weeks and they let you know Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Credit builder

Zopa credit card helped me build my credit and didn't keep increasing my limit until they thought that I could manage to pay it back . They asked me first if I wanted to increase my limit and checked again that I could afford the increase. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2022
