Best for transaction notifications

Account is the most actively managed I have used and I have used Aquacard, fluid, vanquish, capital one previously. The notifications and communications are just very prompt and refunds or declined transactions are handled promptly and earmarked transactions are released back to the available balance quickest I have ever seen.
