This is my first online only bank account.

This is my first online only bank account. The team were super helpful, everything I transferred onto the app was paid and it reminded me that it had been done, the savings rate it unlocked for the regular saver was really impressive, the card arrived promptly and worked faultlessly. If there was a single down point it is that NS&I didn't seem to recognise Zopa when I wanted to make my Zopa my linked account but I can hardly blame Zopa for that! Very happy with the experience.
