Fast efficient service

When I had an issue with a suspect payment they sorted it and gained the refund super fast I subscribed to a trial and cancelled it but the trial was upgraded to full without permission Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

I was very new to Zopa. Needed help understanding why I couldn't move my money out. Got given wrong advice via chat help. And then got given conflicting advice that I didn't understand clearly.
