It is hard to be negative about such a great new Bank.

Zopa on the whole offer and excellent service and great interest rates on savings, however it falls short when it comes to paying direct debits ( although a new alert system has been put in place) and actually being able physically to pay money in, I moved away from my old bank to bank with Zopa ,but found that I needed to open another bank account (high st) just so I could service my Zooa account, this was and still is disappointing. I appreciate Zopa is a new bank and is growing but unfortunately it is still not recognised by some major high standards banks or the post office. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
