Zopa Biscuit Current Account

My biscuit account is brilliant, I was drawn in by the 7.1% interest smart saver but the current account is just as impressive. The card arrived in beautiful packaging which swapped the boring letter with a card inside for an experience of stepping into a new bank. The app is fast to launch which is a nice change from usual bank apps which can take a while to open. My card also looks aesthetically pleasing which makes me actually want to pay for things. Amazing concept, can’t wait to see it grow

I have loved my experience with the biscuit account, I have been using it since the start, I love the developments they have made so far and I can’t wait to see what next they introduce. The offer on savings attached to the accounts are also brilliant, if had any problems customer service was quick to help. Amasing team. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Crap customer care- lack of autism care in banking!

I was following up on a referral from my brother for £20.00 and went through the process, but was bombarded with lots of emails about the likeness test. I did all of this then the system told me a pack of lies. I got frustrated and closed my account. I am autistic and it’s not geared up for disabled people. I have a blazing row with them via live chat, where they pass you down the bus till the get you very cross and then tell you try again, however after going through there patronising behaviour and intimidation I have asked for compensation. As an autistic person I was getting very angry and upset and told them I wanted to leave. I gave my email address several times, there is no provision for disabled people.
