Excellent customer service

I needed a loan fast to assist with legal fees and Zopa were excellent. Their customer service was great, easy online application and quick to deposit funds - assisting me to meet a deadline to secure a barrister. Since I’ve had the loan they have been very supportive in minor changes and their tele support team have also been very good. An all round good experience. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Great value

Awesome service

I have had a loan with them for the last 3yrs amazing support on line and very helpful customer service team . They have support and understood the difficulties during the Pandemic and froze my loan till I could get back on my feet. Always a reminder to say when the direct debits going to go out of my account. Will be my first choice of loan due to reasonable interest rates compared to other providers.
