Dealt with Zopa for a few years now, for various reasons. Always very easy to arrange things, so easy to deal with using the app, and recently moved savings to them too. Off the scale compared to my bank interest rate. Top of the bunch definitely. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Avoid at all costs

Direct debit got cancelled. Made a bank transfer on same day it was due . They claimed that due to it not being by direct debit, it was not for the scheduled payment it was to come off balance.. This deceitful practice left me in arrears with a poor credit rating. Reviewed on: 21st April 2023
