Easy access and unique user experience

The site is easy to manage and you can access your information, loan details using Zopa’s modern, functional site. I’ve never needed to speak to anyone on the phone, which shows how good service has a been throughout my experience, other than the initial application stages, etc. And on those occasions the service was spot on! Trustworthy

Honest and easy to deal with. Great rates too. I completed my loan in a short time one day over lunch while I went to buy a new car. The loan came through over lunch! I like the idea of helping the investors as well and not some big institution. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018
