I was very excited when I applied for a loan and got a response, but the bear part of my experience is that the money was send to my account faster that I expected. Loan settlement stress...

I settled my loan and the payment went through but wasn't allocated to my loan, I had a live chat and was told that it could take up to 10 days to clear, I phoned up and explained that I watched it clear on my account but then it wasn't allocated to my loan. I was asked to give it a few days and check again. After a week I phoned again and was put through to a lovely gentleman called Mark who said he didn't understand why no one had allocated it and he got it cleared within a couple of hours so why it didn't happen first time I contacted Zopa I just don't know because it caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and worry Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
