User friendly, fast, upfront

It lives up to the promise: initial search not affecting the credit score, rate promised is what you get (unlike some of the previous experience when shopping around), paperwork is very streamlined and straightforward. No hurdles, no unnecessary hoops. Decision making is quick, and the amount was on the account as promised, within a few days.
