Refreshingly fair, easy and accessible

Zopa was by far the lowest interest rate available when I checked (almost half that of my bank, who even said they were offering me a preferential rate as a longstanding customer), and the service has been easy and clear to use. I've taken out two loans with Zopa and would definitely be happy to take another one if needed. The early repayment option is also helpful - the whole thing feels refreshingly like a financial service that is designed to be helpful, rather than simply an exercise in extracting interest from the consumer. Amazing service

I followed a link from a well known money saving website so I knew this company would be fair and "above board". Really easy to use borrowing calculator and just by entering a few pieces of information I was guaranteed to be accepted for the amount I was looking for. The next step, providing more detail was easy and throughout the process you knew exactly what your repayments would be and your rights in law.
