Great, speedy service

In comparison to other lenders that I looked at, Zopa came across as much more transparent and didn't hike up the APR rate as soon as you submitted your details like others do. The process was straightforward and it was clear what I was signing up to. I already had a Zopa loan but needed to replace the family car. I found it very easy to arrange to borrow enough to clear the original loan and get the car my wife really wanted. Always Know Where You Stand

Loan was very simple & money in with no issues but what I like is that you can always see where you stand. Even showing you your settlement or what difference to your payments paying a bigger payment would make. No having to call to get a settlement that will then be sent in the post. Great company.
