Very straightforward! Easy, to apply and confirmation was immediate. I like, that the loans are affordable and don't charge, thousand in interest. Money was in my bank account with 30 minutes. Inbetween this I had lost my job and they were so understanding and never felt pressured and explained everything so clearly.
