Excellent open honest banking

I've been impressed at how they keep me updated with rate changes both up and down and they are more responsive than the bank I've had for over 20 years! I feel they are transparent and honest and I can easily see what is happening with my money and my interest! Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Good product and service when needed

Clear site, but restriction to phone use is worrying

Good rates and clear site, but I am not comfortable with an account that depends on phone use rather than a fully-functional web site. Phone can be lost, stolen, damaged or run out of battery power and it would be good know that I could always do everything on my desktop computer. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
