Recommended by family member, so quick and easy to set up on the app and received a £10 welcome reward instantly. The interest rates for savings and current account are better than my main bank so I’ve started making a switch over- it’s much more rewarding and the app is simple to navigate between accounts. Great interest rates and easy to set up and manage

My partner and I both have Zopa accounts. We switched because of the great interest rates, which are better than we could find elsewhere. It was really easy to set up a main account and additional savings accounts, and it’s easy to manage those accounts and move money using the app. We’re both neurodivergent and found this much easier than other banking apps. The app at first was a little confusing, but like all others, with use it gets easier. I had always been loyal to one bank, but with interest rates getting lower and lower, I realised I needed to look around. Quick, efficient app and service.

Quick, efficient app and service. I opened an account with another provider at the same time and Zopa beats them in every area so far. This encourages me to use Zopa more and interact with the other provider less. Reviewed on: 7th March 2026

Zopa Smart Saver Review

I have had a good experience using the Zopa Biscuit Account. The app is simple and easy to use, and it clearly shows how much you have saved and how much interest you’re earning. I also like that you can separate your savings into different accounts for different goals, even though I haven’t used this feature yet I can see myself using it in the future. The interest rate is competitive compared to many traditional savings accounts, so it feels worthwhile keeping money in there. Moving money in and out is also quick and straightforward. One drawback is that you can’t pay cash directly into the account, as everything is done digitally through the app. However, if you transfer money from another account that you can put the cash into, this isn’t a big issue. Overall, it’s a simple and effective savings account that makes saving money easy. Reviewed on: 7th March 2026
