Everything just works

Everything just works - I don't have a lot more to say than that. I use it for savings - auto save works without fail, withdrawing money works immediately and auto-links to my Nationwide account seemingly instantaneously. I can't speak on customer service as I have never had any issues that have required reaching out. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Very poor customer service.

The financial product is as good as any other financial provider, however, their customer service is appalling. You get cut off or passed from person to person (no accountability) and a different response from every person you talk too. If you want service, I suggest you bank elsewhere. User friendly

Very easy to use and allows multiple pots for different savings goals. Howver, interest rate doesn't really change significantly between pots which doesn't incentivise locking money away in a 30 or 90 day pot like it used to. Reviewed on: 14th June 2025
