Easy to use and very user friendly.

I have had the zopa app installed for a while now and have never experienced any issues with it. I find it easy to use and to move money between pots. Zopa keep me informed of any changes in interest rates, etc via email. My wife and sister in law are also using it based on my recommendation. Reviewed on: 8th January 2024

Couldn't be happier with Zopa!

I've used Zopa for several years now and couldn't be happier with the level of service provided, so much so that I recommended Zopa to my husband and he is a customer now too! What I particularly love about the Smart Saver is my ability to have different pots for all my different savings needs. Even better is the opportun -ity to choose different interest rates for my savings, the rates increasing the longer I'm happy to put my savings away for. It's super easy to set up the pots, move money into and out of them to and from your nominated account and also, between pots if you want to boost your interest. I must say that the Zopa app is probably the best banking app I use, easy to use with clear advice on how to perform all the functions. The level of communication is also excellent, with regular and timeous emails. The standout for me has been Zopa's willingness to increase interest rates as the B of E did, holding its customers in high regard and awarding their loyalty, unlike so many of the other banks.
