Simple and easy with a great rate

Having tried and failed to open an instant access savings account with other app based providers, I'd encountered lots of issues with fraud warnings and it was very difficult to resolve them. I found Zopa much easier to deal with and they set our clearly issues I may face and how to deal with them, as a part of the onboarding. Easy to manage, Excellent service

From the start, Zopa's customer experience via their app, and the management of my money to maximise savings shows how the organisation is thinking about the needs of their customers - this approach is fairly novel, in comparison to some of the more archaic structures and customer experiences that exist at larger institutions.
