Mostly great

Overall very good, transfers in and out are easy and usually arrive within a couple of hours. Good interest rates on savings and a lot of flexibility on the Notice savings accounts. Only irritation is the inability to transfer directly to/from an external savings account as you need a statement to prove the account belongs to you (which don't exist on some savings accounts). Zopa smart save is very easy to use and the bank’s communications are informative and regular updates on new interest rates and how to get the most benefits from the account, but not continuously bombarding with messages. Reviewed on: 12th January 2023
