Super straightforward

Great savings account

Very easy to add and withdraw money and see an up to date value/transaction history. I also like the feature of being able to organise money into pots, very helpful when saving for different things! I have some money in the smart saver and some in a notice account with a higher interest rate which works perfectly for me. I haven’t had to speak to customer service at all as everything has run very smoothly! Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Good product

Zopa are quick at updating their rates to reflect the latest BoE interest rate increases. It also offers different tranches of saving options depending on how quick you would need to withdraw your money. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
