Good but not excellent

Generally very good, and excellent rates, but had difficulty getting them to accept a change to my nominated account. Also, they don’t respond to messages, so you have to keep trying until you manage to satisfy the criteria. Reviewed on: 11th January 2023

Easy to use with good features

Easy to transfer in and out. The system of boosted interest on certain pots is clear and easy to manage. They are quite good at raising their rates after BoE base rate rises. Reviewed on: 11th January 2023

Zopa's app is so easy to use and they are great at keeping customers updated by email.

Zopa has one of the most user - friendly apps I have ever come across. The flexibility of their savings schemes (or pots) mean that it is easy to move money from one to another. Great company
