I firstly started with a credit card, then after 6-7 months got a loan, very easy to use the app and very easy to apply, you also get warnings when your near to your balance to make a payment to make sure you don't you over which is very useful. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

I’ve been with 118 for over 2 years now. Whilst I haven’t had to ask any favours to miss payments I regularly get asked to let them know if I’m in any difficulty to call. Which is hugely reassuring.
