Reward customers with good repayment history

I am aware that interest rates can be particularly high for low credit score customers due to the risk. However, if consistent with repayments it would be an incentive to reduce the interest rate according to repayments being made - especially when the persons taking these loans with high interest are the people whom have low incomes or high debts.
