Rollercoaster of emotions

I’m glad I get this opportunity to express some feedback on my experience, after potentially losing all hope in getting a mortgage and waiting for anyone to pick up my case, a lovely lady name ‘Nina’, emailed to explain that she’d like to take my case and in doing so, dropping other cases, one of the loveliest woman I’ve spoken to in these types of circumstances, nothing was to much trouble and I believe she even worked behind her work day in order get the answer I needed, honestly cannot thank her enough she needs a big bonus! I’d love to know her address so I could send her a big bunch of flowers and nice bottle of wine to say thanks! Over the moon with how I was dealt with and it’s all down to Nina! Existing Customer Re-mortgage May/June 2023

I’ve been a customer with the Chorley Building Society since 2017 and cannot recommend them highly enough. The service in every area has been absolutely exemplary and my most recent experience of re-mortgaging my property in May/June 2023 only strengthened this view. Whilst they may not always be the cheapest on the market, you cannot place a value on the benefits of dealing with real, friendly, humans who take their time understand your circumstances and work through a personalised recommendation / solution. Friendly, approachable and dedicated

I found myself going through a protracted divorce quite late in life which resulted in me having to take on the mortgage and move house. The mortgage advisor painstakingly took me through the process and was extremely supportive. Due to some technical issues with the divorce the Branch also came up with workable solutions. Eventually everything was sorted out and I have been in my new house for almost 12 months. Since moving my ported product was due to expire. Arranging for another product could not have been easier.
