You are more than just a number !

Superb customer service from Chorley Building Society

We are transferring our mortgage to a different lender, who has missed all their deadlines. This has resulted in me having to call the Mortgage team at Chorley several times over the last few days. On every occasion the phone has been answered quickly and the customer service has been superb. The agents have always been polite, sympathetic and extremely helpful. The last call I had was with Lucy Lowe who provided outstanding customer service and was able to address all my queries without the need to be transferred to other teams. Great experience. Excellent customer service
