Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. Spoke to Real Person

I clicked the wrong button when I made my initial deposit. When I rang up to sort it out I was able to speak to a real person based locally in Chorley. She sorted it all out without any fuss. They have been really helpful at all times. Reviewed on: 4th March 2024
