Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

I needed to make a call to Chorley BS regarding a slight issue with an ISA transfer, and the service I received from Julie was fantastic. Firstly, the call was answered quickly, then Julie listened to my problem and went above and beyond to help. I was concerned when I initially called, but felt much happier having spoke to Julie. Unfortunately, Royal Mail took 10 days to deliver my passbook which I not was dispatched first class. I realise that this is outside of your control, but disappointing. I like the fact that I can ring and speak to a live human very quickly! Well done! Reviewed on: 21st June 2023

The staff are always very helpful and have a smile for you. Key House is very local to me with plenty of parking which is a bonus, however on my last visit to the branch I was sat conducting business and a couple of other customers were stood right behind me which left me slightly uncomfortable. May I suggest a polite 'please wait here' notice a few metres back from the counter so customeers do not feel as I did on this occassion? Reviewed on: 5th June 2023
