No problems at all

Never had any problems with HSBC, the Digital Key thing they added in was a mess and have ended up dropping anyway so that has improved this, otherwise they have been fair, now support Apple Pay and couldn't ask for more. Reviewed on: 25th December 2015

I've been a customer of HSBC for 3 years now, in all this time I've never had a single bad experience with them and have always been treated really well whenever I have any problems or need help with my account, for example when needing to set up online banking. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Visited the branch recently for help with on-line banking registration. Customer service excellent. Asked to wait one minute as had no appointment. When shown to a desk I explained had to be in M and s to finish food shopping before lunh time. Queries all fully explained in a very timely manner. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Great customer service, meets all your banking needs

I've had a bank account with HSBC for over 15 years now, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other potential customers. Their customer service is very good, despite the dialect of some of the customer services reps being tricky to understand at times. But whenever I've had a query or concern, they've been quick to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. I've had experience with both their student and graduate accounts, I received a free 5 year railcard with the student account which was so useful during my studies. Recently I received a message from the bank regarding an online purchase that had aroused suspicion. Luckily I recognised the website as one I had attempted to purchase from and my payment hadn't gone through. Whilst phoning the bank to unblock your account would irritate some people, on the contrary I felt reassured that HSBC were on the alert for online fraud. It was quick and easy to sort out and hardly took any time. Keep up the great work HSBC! Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
