Feel like they could be more supportive considering how long I have been with them when times have been tough they haven’t really helped me. Generally ok but do like their internet banking and their new balance feature. Reviewed on: 20th November 2019

Worst bank

Long time customers get no help

U been with them 25 years won’t give you an overdraft but can see you in hardship but charge £80 a month you explain single mum and need but help no help off them rather give new customers all there benefit Reviewed on: 13th November 2019

Great account perks
